Adds a button to open the boroadcaster tool page of Twitcasting live streaming service (https://twitcasting.tv/).
The page allows the live streamer to see relatively long history of recently received both comments and items. However, in order to open this page from another page on Twitcasting site, one need to open a pop-up on the header then select the link.
