The Daktela for Chrome extension enables you to:
- Dial phone numbers
- Dial CRM contacts right from the phone number form field
- Dial numbers directly from any web page you are currently browsing using context menu
- Accept, reject, hold or transfer call activities
- Switch to pause or return to ready state
- Send direct SMS messages
- Log on (or off) to individual queues based on my permissions
- Dial phone numbers based on my last activities
