CACTUS QUANTUM DEVER - Power Broadcast แคคตัสควอนตั้มดีเว่อร์พาวเวอร์บรอดแคสต์ หรือ CACTUS DV เป็นเครื่องมือช่วยในการ ส่งข้อความหาคนที่อยู่ในไลน์ OA แอ็คเค้าท์ และ แฟนเพจของเฟซบุ๊ก รวมถึง inbox ส่วนตัวในเฟซบุ๊ก ได้อย่างไม่จำกัดจำนวนครั้ง ไม่จำกัดจำนวนข้อความไม่คิดค่าข้อความ สามารถ ส่งได้ทั้งข้อความ รูปภาพ วิดีโอ และไฟล์ โดยมีออฟชั่นในการส่งที่หลากหลายแบบ และข้อความสามารถส่งแบบ spintax คือการสุ่มข้อความส่ง สุ่มส่งไฟล์หรือรูป สามารถใส่ชื่อลูกค้าที่ส่งถึงได้ ด้วยระบบ UI ที่ดูใช้งานง่ายและสบายตา ทำให้โปรแกรมมีความน่าใช้งานเพิ่มขึ้น
