The Payer Portal Automator pulls claim information from Rivet and auto-fills the search fields on online payer portals so you can find the right claim in 30 seconds or less. Once you’ve enabled the extension on a payer website, just click on any field and a drop-down will appear with the corresponding fields in Rivet. Select an option and Rivet will fill that field in for you.
Seamless transition from Rivet to payer portal:
- Payer Portal Automator automatically loads the last claim you viewed
- Search for other claims if you want to appeal in batches

- Select the Rivet field that matches the search field
