Formulas used are:
BMI = weight_in_kg / (height_in_m)^2
IDEAL_WEIGHT = (height_in_m)^2 * 22.2 (for males)
IDEAL_WEIGHT = (height_in_m)^2 * 20.6 (for females)
and, if using the imperial units, converted to lbs.
