- Select a customer email, in Gmail, and instantly show the matching Customer or Contact record in SAP Anywhere
- Create a new Customer or Contact directly from the sidebar
- View all the Customer’s existing Emails, Appointments, and Opportunities
- Create new Opportunities, or Appointments in the sidebar, automatically update to SAP Anywhere
