Egyptian ETA, Download all visible eInvoice items with a single file.

Version 11 Changes:
-Added address column for issuer & receiver in the exported excel sheet.
-Added invoice discount values.

Version 10 Changes:
-Added an option to download all table pages.
-Added a stop button to cancel the download process.
-Sorted excel sheet rows with invoice date descending.

Version 9 Changes:
-Added invoice details with all items per each invoice in the exported excel sheet.
-Fixed an error while saving excel sheet with filters applied.

Version 8 Changes:
-Added separate button for excel sheet export.
-Added column for each tax type value.

Version 7 Changes:
-Fixed unexpected behavior, multiple files downloaded instead of 1.

Version 6 Changes:
-Added more columns to the exported excel sheet, Tax & Net Amount.
-Fixed an issue for the hidden radio button while using the eToken.

Version 5 Changes:
Added more options to invoice file name, including invoice type.

Version 4 Changes:
Added invoice summary excel file within the exported zipped file.

Version 3 Changes:
Added options to select exported file name content

Version 2 Changes:
-Downloading invoices with user selected language, Ar/En.
-Fixed max invoice count, up-to 100 invoice per page.

Note: this extension works only with the Egyptian ETA website to download invoices, not tested with eReceipts.
