Merchello is the first Facebook Marketplace automation tool that caters to re-sellers as well as dropshippers, with some very efficient automation tools that all sellers can use.

For all sellers:
- Automated record keeping for all new orders into a Google spreadsheet
- Personalized auto-message sent to buyer after every sale, with the option to address them by
name and verify their shipping address
- Quick-reply templates to easily paste in answers to common questions you see repeatedly.
- New listing time savers like complex auto-pricer for profit margins, description templates, &
default category/condition/quantity.

For re-sellers:
- Bulk upload tool to generate many listings at once using local images on your computer
- PirateShip.com integration -- generate labels for all selected orders and then fill all orders with
appropriate tracking from Pirate Ship

For drop-shippers:
- Description templates with default options for condition, category, & quantity
- Complex auto-pricer to ensure you meet your desired margins after all taxes & fees
- 1-click address copy & paste from Facebook to the suppliers checkout
- Supplier item tracking by SKU that is auto-generated by Merchello -- will place a link to the
appropriate item on every sale page.
