Extension Usage Instructions
This is a click to call extension for the Insellerate version of Ytel’s Cloud Contact Center agents. This extension will allow agents to click on any phone number displayed as text in the browser, and will launch a call to that number in X5. Upon clicking the number, the Agent interface tab will be moved to the forefront and the call automatically initiated.
- Once the plugin is installed, the Settings page will open and the customer will be prompted for their credentials.
- The extension puts a button on the browser toolbar for quick configuration, when clicked it opens the Settings page.
- When the extension is active and live, the icon will be blue. When inactive the icon will appear grey. Extension Basic Information
