Extension Usage Instructions
Help your eyes to relax and combat the symptoms of Computer Vision Syndrome by following the 20/20/20 rule. Every 20 minutes, take a break from your screen for 20 seconds and focus on something 20 feet away.
This lightweight extension will help you to follow the rule by providing a small desktop notification every 20 minutes. You can optionally configure the interval and duration of the break period and play a sound when it starts and finishes. Extension Basic Information
