With this tool, you can easily download your Chat History in json format. You can choose the date-range for which you want to download the chats.

1. Open WhatsApp Web
2. Select Date range in the add-on
3. Click on "Download" button
All files are downloaded into zip folders that contain the media files and also text messages from WA Web.
