PaCo Wake Up is a simple timer alert system.
PaCo Wake Up was born from the need to have a recurring alert to monitor the time spent in front of the PC and take intermittent breaks to maintain a decent state of health. For example, many countries have laws that set office breaks after x hours spent in front of the PC.
Through PaCo Wake Up it is possible to set alert (ore recursive) to remind us to take our small but healthy breaks. Extension Basic Information
