Renamed from "EH Shopee Auto Follower & Auto Boost" to "EH Assistant Tool for Shopee"

Add "EH Assistant Tool for Shopee" toolbar at Shopee page header.

This tool assist you autoboost your products and quickly reply shop rating.
* Auto follow/unfollow function still working, but Shopee no longer notify user that being followed.
