Read Tab Later helps prevent you from having a tab bar packed with pinned tabs that you "might" read later.
It does this by providing you with a button to simply pin the current tab you want to save for later to the New Tab page. Upon opening up a new tab, you'll find screenshots of each of the pages you pinned for later and can click any of them to quickly navigate to that page.
