Chrome Paletteはdavid.buezasによって開発されたChromeの拡張機能で、その主な機能は「Chrome Palette, a command palette for chrome」です。

Chrome Palette拡張子のファイルをcrx形式でダウンロードし、ブラウザにChrome拡張機能を手動でインストールするか、crxファイルを友達と共有して簡単にChrome拡張機能をインストールします。
拡張機能の使用方法
Open source tool to access all internal chrome commands without using the mouse or remembering hotkeys.
Start by setting up the shortcut:
1. Click on the extension icon
2. Clicking the blue text on the top right of the extension popup (right left to the word shortcut)
3. The chrome hotkeys page will open, the pencil to edit the shortcut
4. Then set your key combination by pressing it (recommended: cmd+shift+p)
