Tel Link - URL CallerはUnknownによって開発されたChromeの拡張機能で、その主な機能は「This allows you to place a call via a url. This is typically used with FreePBX with a Call.php script」です。

Tel Link - URL Caller拡張子のファイルをcrx形式でダウンロードし、ブラウザにChrome拡張機能を手動でインストールするか、crxファイルを友達と共有して簡単にChrome拡張機能をインストールします。

拡張機能の使用方法

This allows you to link TEL: links with a URL.

This is often used with FreePBX servers with a Call.php extension. For example I use this to connect my local PBX server to my computer. When I want to call a user or a company I just click their phone number and it links to my desk phone.

If you have a FreePBX server and want to add a way to click to make calls this is the plugin for you. I am sure it will work with other providers as well, I am just not familiar with them.
