The app offers a wide array of data management features such as mass actions, auto actions, mass emails, maps and others. The app is compatible with any Salesforce version (classic & lightning) and can handle any Salesforce object.
Main Features:
✔ Mass Merge: Merge multiple records into multiple-uniques, keep key data and related information (combine / copy if empty / copy to field).
✔ Auto Merge, Merge Jobs and reports: run daily / hourly / automatically, works with any object (custom objects, opportunity, cases, etc)
✔ Selective-Merge
✔ Bulk Actions: Mass Update, Mass Delete, Mass Clone, Mass create, Mass Merge, Mass convert, Mass Inline Edit, Mass Format (lowercase/proper case/etc), Mass Find and Replace, Mass Editor, ETL.
✔ Auto lead conversion - auto convert based on matched record or condition
✔ Custom / fuzzy dedupe
✔ Email validation and verification + bounce detection
✔ Advanced Import with duplicates avoidance with advanced options i.e. a lot more advance than dataloader

✔ Search, sorts, filters, groupings
✔ Related list: ZaapIT's merge & convert related list & field-data (field-combine-rules with merge strategy options).

✔ Jobs: scheduled report, custom dedupe, import jobs / daily - hourly jobs / findids, scheduled merge.
✔ Find matching records - AI based de-duplication report, an admin can generate full duplicates report.
✔ Similar leads / contacts report - same name / email
✔ Leads with a Matching Contact or Account: same name/ email / company & account.name
✔ Merge duplicate for attachments (save space)
