Traditionally, when watching a YouTube video, the user can press either of the arrow keys to skip 5 seconds of the video in either direction. This Chrome extension can be used to control the scrubbing rate on YouTube when pressing the arrow keys. With this extension, the user is no longer limited to scrubbing through a video 5 seconds at a time but rather they can chose from a variety of speeds.
