1) No sidebars on the right (Trending hashtags, ads, follow recommendations, etc)
2) No metrics/numbers (Likes, RTs, replies, followers)

You can turn any of the features on and off at any time.

This extension is open-source (https://github.com/Dhaiwat10/clean-twitter) and 100% safe to use. It does not collect any information or store it.
