ABOUT WORKSBASE
WorksBase is your home base for all daily business operations. It offers a customizable virtual workspace with several built-in tools and the ability to integrate your frequently used applications and content. Log into your WorksBase from any browser or device.
- Simple Meetings
The MEET feature integrates video and web conferencing to bring teams together from any device through a simplified user interface. Meet on-demand or schedule a future meeting, using your preferred conferencing application. Use the virtual whiteboard to collaborate and brainstorm during meetings, share documents and chat.
- Workflow Automation
The PLAN & MANAGE feature allows you to create simple business process workflows using checklists and forms. It comes pre-configured for Upstream, Midstream and Downstream operations to eliminate the need for costly implementations. Designed for end users not IT staff, so customization is a breeze.
- Document Management
The SHARE feature gives you access to information when you need it. Access and share documents securely with both internal and external collaborators, from any device. With document expiration, read only/no save sharing, annotation and mobile access, the Share tool goes beyond standard cloud storage solutions.
