Even if you work from home or in an office, this extension will help you to stay focused and be healthy at the same time. Pomodoro GYM sends you a notification every couple of hours with a workout to do. Be more fit and boost your productivity.
Configure the exercises and how often you want to see them. Deactivate the workouts you don't like or don't feel confortable with and let the extension pick a random one for you.
NEW FEATURES:
- Now it's possible tu create your own workouts (or anything else!) and used them along the default workouts.
