Your Sex/Gender, Height and current Weight are stored locally on your computer and will be used to assist you in further compilations of the form, so that you can track your BMI.
Formulas used are:
BMI = weight_in_kg / (height_in_m)^2
IDEAL_WEIGHT = (height_in_m)^2 * 22.2 (for males)
IDEAL_WEIGHT = (height_in_m)^2 * 20.6 (for females)
and, if using the imperial units, converted to lbs.
