Financial abbreviations and acronyms, along with finance terminology can be extremely daunting. It might take many hours to learn investing terminology and in order to get what is DCF or what is WACC or how to understand financial statements you might need to spend a substantial amount of your personal time. Whether to use for personal finance education or financial planning and personal financial management, Acronymus can help you deal with all these terms like stocks, bonds, equity and so on.
This extension translates arcane business, finance and marketing abbreviations into plain english and helps you understand financial terminology by adding full definition of the terms. Acronymus can overlay your online financial data or be used on any web page that has a confusing amount of business and finance shorthand and truly become your own Finance 101.
When viewing websites with any finance and business content, simply click the Acronymus icon to:
- replace finance and business abbreviations with their full expanded forms;
- uncover finance definitions by hovering the mouse over the words that you are interested in.
