v1.7: Fixed the homepage url in the manifest

v1.5: Fixed issues with redirecting open.spotify.com, you should be able to navigate to the web player now.

v1.4: Added options that allow you to selectively redirect links.

v1.3: Fixed some bugs opening Apple Music or Google Play links from the website, or playing directly from Google Play.

v1.2: Fixed some bugs opening links to other Google Play Services and iTunes links that were not for Apple Music albums or tracks.
