Reorder and manage the chrome tabs with customizable keyboard shortcuts
As of v2.0 keybindings must be set through the "Keyboard Shortcut" menu at the bottom right in the Chrome extension settings as defaults are not longer set (see https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=167419).
