It gives a list of all the similar repositories which are similar to the one which is currently viewed.
The list is sorted by the number of stars.

Steps:-
1. Go to a repository, e.g. https://github.com/tensorflow/tensorflow
2. Wait for the page to load
3. Click the extension icon of Github Similar Repos on the top, beside address bar.
