Defed is a browser extension that helps users inject the ethereum API into web pages to help connect their ethereum accounts to dapps. the greatest value of Defed is in translating the user's interaction with the ethereum blockchain into a visual interface so that any user can easily establish secure connections to ethereum-backed decentralized applications for complex interactions through the extension.
Defed also allows users to create new ethereum wallets or import their holdings in a simple visual operation that can be used to access their assets, interact with ethereum-backed decentralized applications, and more.
Using Defed, you can connect your Ether account to any distributed application that supports Ether that you want, for example.
