Nobody asked for loud autoplay videos. It’s a dark usability pattern and it’s not something people ever desired or wanted.
This extension will mute all tabs by default unless you whitelist the domain. The whitelist is stored locally, and the extension will remember it, so you don't have to unmute sites you trust. 擴展基本資訊
