Mayday is the first intelligent knowledge base available anywhere to boost your support productivity and quality.

Build your knowledge base through Mayday Knowledge interface and connect it to Chrome in a matter of seconds so that support teams instantly become Super Heroes. In addition to knowledge navigation, each agent can directly search for knowledge, be notified each time something changes and make feedbacks or suggestions.

In addition to delivering knowledge, Mayday collects a lot of insights thanks to its auto-tagging feature that categorizes each ticket and feeds real time analytics dashboard.
