It uses artificial intelligence to help you strategically tailor your resume to the job listing you are applying for so you can stand out to the recruiters as a top candidate for that position. It does this by analyzing all the important keywords of a job description and highlighting for you which one of the important keywords your resume is missing so you can add them to your resume. With a highly optimized resume, you will be ranked as a top candidate by the ATS’s, making the recruiters eager to reach out to you, and your chances of moving forward in the application process and getting an interview will be significantly higher.
