A utility extension for Zendesk to fill in some gaps of the official application.
Features:
- Automatically refresh your Zendesk views to ensure you don't miss a ticket
- Hide views that you may not need right away
- See who is editing a ticket so you don't reply when someone else is
- Easily access the Zendesk Statuspage from inside the right click menu of your browser
- Easily close all Zendesk tabs from inside the right click menu of your browser
